Number of Asian Christians Rapidly Increasing. Keep the Momentum Going!
Asia is experiencing unprecedented growth in the number of new Christians, and we must keep the momentum going.

In 1900, it was reported that just 3.7% of the world's Christians lived in Asia. New projections estimate that by 2025 the number will increase to 20%! This is roughly equal to the percentage of all Christians who live in Europe, where the number of Christians has actually been declining over the last few decades, as it has in the United States.

This phenomenon is called the "southward shift of Christianity." And it provides good news for those committed to the Gospel. The form of Christianity sweeping Asia is not the modernist, liberal Christianity that rocks the foundation of the world's traditionally Christian societies. Rather it is a faith in which the Gospel is proclaimed and believed in its truest sense. And it all starts with sharing the Scriptures.
