CHICAGO—Highly acclaimed Christian music artist,
Steve Green, has joined in partnership with Bible League
to help place Bibles worldwide into the hands of waiting
Christians—training and equipping them to grow
God’s family in number and spiritual maturity.
Raised on the mission field in Argentina, Green experienced
first-hand the mighty works of God as a young boy.
He went on to establish Steve Green Ministries, has
sold more than four million albums, and celebrates
25 years of solo music ministry. “I am pleased
to join efforts with the Bible League in their very
intentional goal of fulfilling the Great Commission
by making Bibles available to those who have yet to
hear the Good News,” said Green.
Bible League currently places Scriptures in approximately
120 languages and has active ministry in more than
60 countries across Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America,
Middle East, North America, and the former Soviet Union.
As a new Bible League Artist Partner, Green is now
available to perform concerts for churches and other
audiences in support of Bible League ministry—aiding
in the Great Commission by providing the Gospel to
people throughout these great nations.
“We welcome Steve Green’s partnership
with the Bible League, and remain grateful for God’s
leading,” said Bob Cole, Bible League’s
president. “As an exemplary musical communicator,
Steve’s heart and passion for the Lord is the
same passion found throughout our worldwide ministry.”
Green’s music has been honored with 4 Grammy
nominations, 13 number one songs, and 7 Dove Awards—Christian
music’s highest honor. His latest release, “Always—Songs
of Worship,” features a collection of well-known
contemporary worship favorites as well as some new
songs. Green calls it, “Refreshing!” Next
up for Green, a fluent Spanish-speaker, is a studio
project for which he plans to record some of the same
worship songs in Spanish. |
