Pastor Juan uses a mule to carry Bibles, and evangelistic and discipleship Bible study materials to the Christian Church throughout Peru. While great kings in the Old Testament used mules for transportation and bartered them for other goods, today, some thousands of years later, Pastor Juan uses a mule to carry Bibles, and evangelistic and discipleship Bible study materials to different churches throughout Peru.
Selfless sacrifice
"God by His grace has led me to forgotten places in our country, where a small boy and a mule have been my guide and my transportation," says Pastor Juan. He sacrifices his own time and resources to make sure churches in his community have the Bibles and resources they need to effectively lead the lost to Christ.
Churches throughout the area Pastor Juan travels look to Bible League International for the Biblical tools they need to help their communities experience total spiritual transformation.
“I want to serve the Christian Church,” says Pastor Juan. “I will come to them. They just have to tell me how to reach their location. God is using me to reach forgotten places in our country, even though these places were never forgotten by God.”
