Zam CropEbenezer, 16, is a young Sunday school teacher at a local church in Lusaka’s Chipata compound. She and more than 20 other teachers participated in Bible League’s Project Philip Discovery Series teachers’ training at her church. She says that the knowledge obtained will positively impact the lives of children.

“Bible League’s Project Philip Discovery Series program and materials are a real blessing to us. Thank you, Bible League, for being there for us,” she says. “The children will know more about God because the materials are interactive. They will also know how to write as they color the pictures in the coloring books.”

She assures that the resources provided are beneficial because many churches can’t afford to buy the materials or conduct training because of expense. Bible League’s sacrificial giving of free materials is noble.

“The Project Philip Discovery Series materials will help the church and school children to know God. Some of the children we teach in Sunday school come from homes with alcoholic fathers, and it will aid in them knowing the love of God by sharing the Gospel,” she says.

The training has delighted Ebenezer’s church; they’ve gained knowledge that will change how they conduct Sunday school classes. Many churches across the country will also benefit from the program because they lack materials and knowledge on running Sunday school lessons. Ebenezer and her community are grateful to Bible League and extend a blessing to you.
