The central purpose of BLI’s Marketing & Communications team is to support the under-resourced church by ministering to supporters through opportunities to financially support, pray, learn about pressing needs, and showcasing God’s work. In addition, the communications team seeks to invite others into the ministry through financial gifts, prayer, and education. The Director of Digital Marketing is responsible for leading the execution of BLI’s Marketing & Communications’ purpose within the digital space: BLI’s corporate website, ecommunications, social media platforms, and others.
As an expert in digital marketing strategy and platform integration, the Director of Digital Marketing will use their influence to lead the Marketing & Communications team. This role is expected to have a solid understanding of various platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, websites, CRMs) and integrating them for greatest effect in reaching goals. Additionally, the Director of Digital Marketing will read, interpret, and report data to identify actionable insights across the various digital platforms and audience segments.
This position is highly collaborative as the role and duties are deeply intertwined in various facets of the ministry. This role is to intimately work across several teams to further BLI’s ministry towards its donors.
