Southeast Asia is home to Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines, six countries where Bible League International has a strong presence. In this region, known for its tropical climate of hot, humid and rainy seasons, ministry can be difficult among those that practice Buddhism, Hinduism, Islam and other religions. Many languages are spoken here, including Malay, Indonesian, Filipino and Thai. Remoteness, poverty and the task of navigating islands and jungles present other challenges. Yet, in spite of these obstacles, host Michael Woolworth and his guest, Jacob (alias used for security purposes), share that the Gospel is going forth and the Church is growing in this part of the world.
