This role provides guidance to accounting staff, strengthens consistency and internal controls, and identifies practical ways to improve accounting processes and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a committed Christian with 5–7 years of accounting experience, including supervisory experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and a desire to use their God-given abilities to support Bible League International’s mission of transforming lives through God’s Word.
The Communications Specialist supports Bible League International’s communications efforts across Central America and the Caribbean by gathering, creating, editing, and disseminating stories, testimonies, photography, video, and other field-based content. This role works closely with ministry partners, regional leaders, funding partners, and the global communications team to provide timely and meaningful content, support campaigns and communications initiatives, and ensure effective coverage of regional activities while helping advance Bible League International’s mission of transforming lives through God’s Word.
The Accounts Payable Specialist manages the full accounts payable cycle, including vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, domestic and international payments, reconciliations, and financial compliance. This role ensures accurate transaction processing, supports month-end close and audits, maintains strong internal controls, and contributes to process improvements while helping advance Bible League International’s mission of transforming lives through God’s Word.
