“We equip the under-resourced Church to make disciples, transforming lives through God’s Word.”
It’s easy to understand “making disciples,” “transforming lives,” and “God’s Word.” But what does “under-resourced” mean?
In three short videos, we wanted to show you a few examples
In this video, Daniel Clavijo (our field correspondent in Colombia), introduces a children’s Sunday school and Bible League Bible Study at Piedra del Río, a church located very close to the shore of Lake Maracaibo in Maracaibo City, Venezuela.
Here, Daniel highlights the modest and unsafe conditions, while emphasizing that lives are still being transformed, God’s Word is being shared, and children are being led to Jesus.
This church serves highly vulnerable communities and has quickly become a safe place for many children, young people, and adults who would otherwise struggle to find hope anywhere else.
